1. Booking well in advance will ensure your preferred booking date and time. Also, some Colleges/Universities have a specific time frame for exam requests; please check with your Exam Unit as to its rules and regulations regarding exam request dates. If, however, you require an urgent booking, please contact us by phone to better accommodate your immediate needs.
2. Please note that sending an Email is only a request, and does not guarantee the exam write date, until you hear back from us.
3. When your request is received and reviewed, you will receive a booking confirmation email outlining your exam date/time, along with our policies.
4. Immediately after booking and confirming a date with us, you would need to contact your College/University and request that your exam is sent to us.
5. We suggest you contact us a week prior to your exam date, to ensure your exam has arrived.
